Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp sweet vermouth (we used Cinzano Rosso) *secret ingredient
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Add cranberries and stir
- When the mixture returns to a boil, reduce heat bringing it to a low simmer
- Allow mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes stirring constantly
- Add cinnamon, stir
- Remove from heat and let cool
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
